Frozen Section Appointment Process
- Prior Appointment Needed: You must book an appointment before coming in for a frozen section.
- Requisition Form: Bring the form from your surgeon that includes:
- Date and time of your appointment
- Patient's file information
- Staff Review: Our staff will check the form to see if the date and time are available. They will either:
- Accept the appointment
- Reject it if there’s a scheduling conflict
- Payment: You need to pay the full amount when you make the appointment.
- If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
- Changes cannot be made after this time.
- Please note that your payment is non-refundable, even if the procedure is canceled.
- Instructions: Make sure to read the instruction sheets for the frozen section carefully and follow them.
