Frozen Section Appointment Process

  1. Prior Appointment Needed: You must book an appointment before coming in for a frozen section.
  2. Requisition Form: Bring the form from your surgeon that includes:
    • Date and time of your appointment
    • Patient's file information
  3. Staff Review: Our staff will check the form to see if the date and time are available. They will either:
    • Accept the appointment
    • Reject it if there’s a scheduling conflict
  4. Payment: You need to pay the full amount when you make the appointment.
  • If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Changes cannot be made after this time.
  • Please note that your payment is non-refundable, even if the procedure is canceled.
  1. Instructions: Make sure to read the instruction sheets for the frozen section carefully and follow them.
